Tank game Battle Field (no relation and vastly predates, the EA/DICE franchise), and its expansion.

Drive around and blow stuff up in a tank. Squash soldiers, shoot tanks and be generally destructive. Again, very old and inspired by a magazine article oddly enough. Battle Field Plus indicates its improvements made for web release from the archived version - in this case an improved driving system, fixing of some alignments and the ability to run over soldiers.

Gold comes complete with the expansion pack which makes extra levels available after completing the game once, including an endless high-score chasing mode. Pretty basic, but effective game.
